less €3000 reservation fee to gain a 5% discount
• or
-Pay 50% less €3000 reservation fee within 28 days (or 90 days for a TRANSFER SIPP) to gain a 7% discount

-On deposit you will also pay 1.5% for legal & administration fees the final 1.5% is paid on completion
