GUARANTEED RENTAL FOR 1 YEAR-
6% rental guarantee for 1 year is paid at the start of each year in one lump sum.
A purchaser would be given assigned usage but would not be able to rent it out themselves during this 2 year period.

PRICE INCLUDES-
Full furniture pack and inventory so that the units are ready to rent.

USAGE AND RENTAL-
Purchasers will be able to use the property for one week peak and one week low season. Once construction is completed and the first 30% has been paid clients can use the apartment for 2 weeks up to the 70% balance payment.
