This part of the complex comprises of more than 180 luxury apartments - all of them developed in accordance with Aparthotel practices in order to fully satisfy even the highest expectations and to comply with tour operators requirements. All the construction materials have natural origin with a minimum 10 years warranty. In addition, all thermal and hydro insulations are specially selected for the purposes of high altitude construction work.

The Luxurious Studios
The studios consist of: entrance hall, living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchenette/diner, open-plan bedroom and bathroom/WC.

The One-Bedroom Apartments
Consist of: living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen / dining room, open-plan bedroom, 1 bedroom, bathroom with WC and a separate WC.

The Two-Bedroom Apartments

Hotel managed property approach

Every apartment owner in Orpheus Valley Ski & Spa has the opportunity to become part of a profitable tourist enterprise.
Buying an apartment and renting it to Balkan Hotel Management Company means ownership in a hotel establishment where the Developer has invested more than 3 million Euros in additional hotel infrastructure and facilities. Therefore, you acquire ownership in a luxury tourist complex at the price of an ordinary apartment, that furthermore, BHMC will manage.
The professional Hotel Management becomes a decisive factor for negotiating with the tour operators, which in turn increases the profit opportunities for individual investors.

GPS will take care of clients in Bulgaria for Inspection Trips and pay for
2 nights accommodation, transport and a represenatative to explain the project in
detail.

The client is required to pay for only their flight tickets to Bulgaria.

GPS has negotiated different pricing options for purchasers at Orpheus Valley Ski & Spa.

All options require a reservation fee of 2000euro

If investors choose option 2 they will receive a discount of 5% of the purchase price.
