To make sure that the development blends perfectly into its surroundings there is a mix of traditional and modern materials. Each block is made up of two storeys, and each apartment enjoys a good-sized garden. First floor apartments have a roof Zen garden shaded by traditional pergolas. The developer will landscape your garden to your own taste.

You can enjoy the facilities of a professional gym with spa facilities: imagine strolling down to get a hydro massage, a steam bath or a sauna whenever you fancy one! There is an indoor pool, a clay tennis court and a communal garden.

GPS have put together an unrivalled inspection package that allows you to maximise your visit and minimise your stress from only £149 per person for two people sharing.

Many of our clients chose to make their visit from Monday to Wednesday, but this is flexible to suit your requirements. GPS and the developer will arrange flights from your nearest airport, (subject to availability of course!) and fly you to Cyprus for three days and two nights, ensuring that you have enough time to take your visit at your own pace, enjoy the delights of the Island, and have long enough to familiarise yourself not only with the range of properties available to you, but to take expert advice from skilled independent advisors.

On arrival at Larnaca Airport, you will be met by one of our property experts, who will take you to your minimum 4 star hotel. You will then have the evening to yourself to relax and make the most of the facilities.

During your stay you will be taken to visit the full range of developments that have suitable properties available to meet your needs. There are plenty of fabulous properties currently under development in Cyprus, so you can be confident that you will be spoilt for choice!
